Mentorship at Connect Central Oregon
Empowering Leaders, Inspiring Generations
Together, We Can create a legacy
Our mentors come from diverse backgrounds, industries, and experiences, ensuring a rich learning environment.
OSU Cascades, U of O, and COCC students, including high schoolers through programs like Youth Career Connect, can directly engage with their respective school or college career service programs for partnered and credit-earning opportunities.
We guide and support emerging leaders, enabling them to effectively run programs that serve and engage our Central Oregon communities.
We foster connections, encourage collaboration, and celebrate each other’s successes. Together, we build a stronger Central Oregon.

Community Mentorship
Community Mentorship extends beyond individuals—it’s about supporting organizations, partners, and leaders within Central Oregon.
We deploy CCO’s resources to enhance program effectiveness. Whether it’s capacity building, strategic planning, or operational guidance, we’re here to help.
By empowering community leaders, we strengthen the fabric of Central Oregon. Together, we serve and engage our neighbors, creating a vibrant and resilient community.
How It Works
Interested individuals can apply to be either mentors or mentees. We review applications to ensure the best fit.
Our team carefully matches mentors and mentees based on their profiles, goals, and preferences. We consider factors like expertise, availability, and shared interests.
Mentors and mentees connect regularly through virtual meetings, coffee chats, or email exchanges. We encourage open communication and active participation.
We organize workshops, panel discussions, and networking events throughout the program. These opportunities allow participants to learn, share, and grow.
