Our mentoring program focuses on individualized support. We pair mentees with experienced mentors who provide guidance, share best practices, and help navigate challenges.

Regular one-on-one interactions, workshops, and networking events ensure a dynamic learning experience.

Community Mentorship

Purpose:

Community Mentorship extends beyond individuals—it’s about supporting organizations, partners, and leaders within Central Oregon.

Direct Support:

We deploy CCO’s resources to enhance program effectiveness. Whether it’s capacity building, strategic planning, or operational guidance, we’re here to help.

Impact:

By empowering community leaders, we strengthen the fabric of Central Oregon. Together, we serve and engage our neighbors, creating a vibrant and resilient community.

How It Works

Application:

Interested individuals can apply to be either mentors or mentees. We review applications to ensure the best fit.

Matching:

Our team carefully matches mentors and mentees based on their profiles, goals, and preferences. We consider factors like expertise, availability, and shared interests.

Regular Interactions:

Mentors and mentees connect regularly through virtual meetings, coffee chats, or email exchanges. We encourage open communication and active participation.

Events and Workshops:

We organize workshops, panel discussions, and networking events throughout the program. These opportunities allow participants to learn, share, and grow.
